I had a bad experience. I bought some snacks that i brought to my room and before I could get to it some animal had gotten to it abd ripped through the bags leaving some of the content on the table. I had to ask for a room change. The ice machine in the hall way on my floor was not working and the wait for the elevator was very long. I had my DO NOT DISTURB sign at my door and was still waken up by a hotel staff who claimed to be a supervisor to ask my for an adoptor which he thought I took from my original room.
