Top Notch!

We were treated like royals in this place. The hospitality provided by the staff was excellent- nice, cooperative, always smiling faces, and humble at the same time. The huge smiles & warm welcome from the Receptionist and staff set the tone right from the very start and they were all so helpful & courteous. Very nice location situated really close to multiple stations. Very stylish hotel, the room was big considering in Tokyo rooms are usually small and the beds were so comfortable. They also have lovely comfortable quilt and lovely bathroom and the facilities were top notch .

Very Nice Hotel

I was very impressed with the service we got in The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. The staff is very attentive, polite and professional. I have stayed in luxury hotels in Tokyo before, but the service we got in The Prince Park Tower Tokyo was definitely one of the best! From the executive lounge, we saw the sunset and the Tokyo Tower at the same time. The executive lounge view was beautiful, the food was excellent and the service fantastic. This hotel is clearly well managed and maintained. Congratulations to the management!

GREAT HOTEL

The hotel was located adjacent to a very nice park and temple area. The corner room was great and had incredible showers and tubs. The restaurants in the hotel were nice but expensive. There were not a lot of other places to eat or drink immediately close by but can be found after a 10 or 15 minute walk. This place even has a bowling alley that was not very well advertised but looked like it could be fun. 10-minute walk to train stations. There was also a very nice bar and upper floor restaurants on the 33rd floor which had great views.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

Stayed in the Premium King room on the 31st floor which had an amazing view of the city and partial view of the Tokyo Tower. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice layout with an open bathroom with sliding doors for privacy. Being on floors 29 and up gives you access to the lounge on the 32nd floor where you can get complimentary breakfast, tea time, and cocktails. We took advantage of the breakfast each morning before we explored the city and found it well stocked with basic breakfast items, eggs to order, and beverages. Location was quite convenient to train stations and we enjoyed the walks around the hotel in the nearby park. They also have a shuttle that heads to Hamamatsucho station, which is convenient when heading to HND. Overall great stay. Staff was helpful and always pleasant.
