    Great Hotel

Good size room and beautifully decorated bathroom with separate shower and tub. Cleaning service was immaculate. Service was professional and courteous throughout the hotel. Lounge access included Happy Hour, which included sparkling wine and other alcohol plus a selection of food that you could easily fill up on. The food was generous and delicious. Though it was more suited for westerners who were homesick for western food than what I wanted to eat in Japan cold cuts, seafood soup, rice and chicken, but no sashimi, sushi, noodles, or potstickers. Honestly, the selection at the lounge here was fantastic; larger than those offered at Westin's in the U.S. Location of the hotel is further away from the 'most often toured' places of Tokyo, but it is right next to a shopping complex full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. You could get there from the underground connection without having to go out into the sun. I wish I had more time to explore the shopping complex and restaurants. Extra thanks to the Australian employee sorry I forgot his name who went out of his way to give us directions and advice on a Japanese train app. Everyone was truly helpful.
