Beautiful hotel with really nice art works. Top quality customer service. All of the crew were amazing, and special thank you to Leon who really looked after us! My hubby and I will be back!
Could not fault it!
When I checked in, I had to confirm that I was receiving the studio room with 2 beds as booked. He advised, no. I them had to show him the paperwork I had to confirm this, and he said he would organise the upgrade. It was not an upgrade and I resent the fact that he referred to it as such as it was actually the room type that I had booked. Very disappointed that the room I booked was not initially given to me.
Lovely hotel. Small bathroom however space well utilised and ok for one person.
