I booked online, arrived at the motel and reception was empty although the door was wide opened, called the phone number provided ( No answer) waited a while before checking in, their is so much to say about this motel so I will dot point my issues. * The room we stayed in was dirty, we found a coffee cup outside on the table of our balcony. Toilet had poo marks down the inside of bowl. *mouldy shower and bathroom. * no face washers or hand towels. * Not Child friendly in the rooms, microwave is way too low, and also the cups and plates where found under the microwave, floor level with no door. * unsafe stairs. *difficult key pads for door entry to room, you get texted a number as a code, I worry for elderly trying to use these as I struggled. Potential to be very beautiful, just stop doing things the cheap way, the stick on tiles in the bath room are all peeling off. Aswell as laminate covering over shower, that has been stuck straight over existing tiles. Your cleaners need to clean properly! I can not stress this enough! Plus the mattress on our bed made us feel like we had our feet higher then our head.
