good friendly service from staff rooms good size for Hong Kong which were clean the hotel location is about five minutes from MTR station only negative is the street outside the hotel can get smelly due to wet market
Had a very nice stat at the hotel, the only issue was that the rooftop pool was under repair, it would have been nice to know that prior to booking, I also had an issue with the room, upon arrival I was told that the queen bed room that I booked was not available and they offered me a twin room for me and my wife, I was not happy with that so they did give me a top floor room for the rest of my stay, overall it was a good hotel with good rooms, very good position on Hong Kong island.
I would like to say that this hotel using the old photo and unrelated photo for the room Listed in their website. I was told during check-in that the photo I saw in their website is not the room i booked (deluxe room). The photo shows that there is a mini kitchen in the deluxe room but the staff told me that it is actually no mini kitchen in that room. I was shocked and asking with the staff and the manager. Although the manager arranged the room with mini kitchen for me at last, I still think that their photos listed in their website which are not updated or unrelated is a bit misleading their customers. And the manner of the manager is a bit not that good as he thinks that I am making trouble for refund. What I wanna to say that their photos in their website are misleading their customers because it is unrelated and not updated. I really hope that your company can help us to request them to update their website in order to avoid any other similar cases happen in the future.
