bed was clean and comfy, shower did not work properly so we had to have baths the whole time.
Loved being on the top floor with great views of the city and Melbourne Park and didn’t have to wait long for the lifts. Shower and water pressure was amazing. Easy to find the hotel and get around the city from there.
As usual the staff were excellent! A minor issue with my room was dealt with very quickly abd professionally. Live the room, the location. It's my preferred place to stay when in Melbourne. Thankyou for the great service!
Good location with easy check in an check out. Rooms needing upgrading. Bathroom very small with shower over bath. Toilet was recently broken with a dodgy repair job Wont be back in any hurry for the price we paid
