if you’re an Aussie looking to travel to Rome do not stay here. The location is terrible, we thought that staying just out the city would be a good way to mingle with the locals but none of them speak a word of English, that’s not their fault. the area looks like a dumping ground, rubbish everywhere. the hotel itself is alright although the water temperature in the shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot within seconds and left us burnt. It was not the experience we were expecting and ended up leaving after one night and we were booked in for five.
