    Magnificent Lodging

    Each individual from staff, regardless of whether the front of the house, eatery or bar, had an inviting grin. They couldn't do what's needed amid our short remain in this all around named hotel. Our suite had each conceivable pleasantry. The soundproofing is to such an extent that one can't hear the low flying overhead airplane or neighboring rooms. We had a magnificent perspective on the waterway and Canary Wharf. There is a complimentary transport to the Undergrounds' Celebration Line. We will surely return.

    Wonderful Accommodation

    The main reason to stay here is to be close to the O2 however it’s about an 8-10-minute walk. There is an alternative route but that seems an even further walk but the signage is dreadful. They really need a shuttle as I would really not want to drag suit cases there. The rooms are really nice but not that big and quite warm, the air con could be better. Breakfast is ordinary I didn’t like that there was a lot of food split around the food warmers and not wiped up and there was only sliced bread and no rolls. The sky bar is really nice with views of the Thames.

    I traveled with my handicapped mother. Especially the Concierge & Bellboy team and the staff of the breakfast restaurant & the Clipper bar were very friendly. The rides from North Greenwich Pier to Westminster Pier with the Thames Riverboats for us a USP. The walk from the hotel to Schiff pier is too far for older guests and especially in the dark not recommended. To our mind, the 'public areas' are too iced. The information about the hotel on the website or booking engine should be clear. Also, all main attractions nearby this hotel should be clearly mentioned on the website. Housekeeping services should be improve.
