A super favorite hotel, every time you go to Hong Kong, you will definitely stay in Mandarin Oriental. The service details are perfect. Take the luggage to open the door to check in quickly and warmly. The toiletries and bedding are very delicate. Next to the Landmark, all the brand flagship. Shop, convenient shopping. Breakfast, buffet or dessert shop, as well as the upstairs Michelin star restaurant, are great. Been to many countries, this hotel is still the top one in mind Would absolutely return, would also like to note that the concierge was extremely helpful.

The property is stunning, there is so much beauty everywhere and it was so elegant. I really love the ambience and smell of this hotel, from the lobby until in front of the room you can smell the hotel fragrant and it was really nice. This wonderful hotel has a class of Mandarain written all over it. Our room was clean, neat, and tidy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Our bathrooms was impressive, the shower gel from Bottega veneta its really good. The staff are lovely and very kind, willing to help with anything and always very positive and welcoming. They could not have done more to make our stay any better. All are very proffesional and ready to help in a minutes notice. Nothing more I could ask for. It was definitely a relaxing visit and we would definitely stay here again.

Spent one night in the perfectly located Mandarin Oriental. I checked into the hotel on time but my room was not quite ready. To accommodate me, they gave me a free drink and lunch at their cafe, which was the right level of service to get me back on track. I was impressed with the classic interiors and it felt luxurious from the gold plated doorways through the spiral staircase and chandelier all the way up to my room. I stayed in a single suite with fantastic views of the port harbor. The bed was supremely comfortable with a sitting area that included a pair of binoculars which I used over morning tea to watch boats in the harbor. The nighttime view of the Ferris wheel would have been a romantic place to chill with a date. The bathroom and shower were of high quality with excellent temperature and pressure not common in a hotel of this era; clearly they had taken care of ensure standards were met with upgrades and a remodel that still maintained the classic look but with modern amenities. The location cannot be beaten as it is literally a 10 minutes or less walk from Hong Kong station. I also walked to the Peak and tram with no fuss and easily found my way around the local area. The concierge helped me book a dinner at a Michelin star Chinese restaurant within 7 minutes walk of the hotel. They also gave excellent advice for an afternoon stroll and kept my luggage as I explored before having to fly out.
