    Welcoming And Helpful

Short walking distance to many restaurants and Southbank. We had three meals there it was so good including a great breakfast buffet. I was surprised when going to breakfast that they could cater to my diet and were friendly. The rooms are not spacious but suited us as we were out most of the time anyway Hotel is close to CBD and main shopping area and close to main attractions. Great customer service. Executive room which included the evening drinks and breakfast this was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
