Excellent location, quiet room at the rear of the apartment (ie not overlooking the street), very clean and very large for Paris. Jean Etienne is an extremely helpful host with excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars (take heed of them, because most of the restaurants nearby are not very good). I will be staying there again.
