It was a very lovely hotel at the very centre of London, you can come back to the hotel anytime you want. I stayed in a little bit small room, but considering its location, it is understandable, though a sort of storage/wardrobe would have been nice. Overall, the breakfast was very nice, staff was friendly. A little bit of downside was cleaning or the carpet, as I found out the crumbs of my crisps were lying on the floor for a couple of days and I waited to see whether they will go away, but when I tried to picked them up they all came up with a variety colours of hairs, which was really disgusting. Though the carpet was pretty but better to change them to guarantee the vacuum can be of use. Amenities were great, but sometimes, they just do not replace the used ones. I understand that it was the end of the year and they must have experience shortage in staffing but still better management/ inspection of staff performance would guarantee the stays in the hotel perfect.
