Great Stay
Overall, we had a great stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and took care of us well. The room we stayed in has a luxurious feel. It's very comfortable, functional, well-appointed and clean which is very important to me. One of the highlights is the food. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and found everything to be superb. Reasonably priced and conveniently located, we will definitely be back.

Pleasant Vacation
The hotel is located on the tram line, close to the park and away from the general noise of the large city. Our room was very comfortable and they have tea available but a small charge for coffee. The staff were helpful and when you needed an adjustment for or in your room they were very prompt and helpful. One staff was very helpful with a computer issue and a James was always helpful with our needs on this stay. There was a bar and restaurant on the site and a few others close to the hotel. It was very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.
