friendly, clean comfortable
as soon as we drove in for valet car parking, the service was friendly. couldnt fault anything.
Nice, relaxing and easy.
Excellent service and clean rooms! Great location. Really enjoyed our stay.
It was okay.
At first, it was good. We were two out of 19 passengers that were forced to stay overnight at this hotel due to missing our connecting flight to Whyalla due to our flight from Sydney being delayed by more than 2 hours. In checking in, the young lady who checked us in was very nice and very helpful. We were offered a meal voucher by Qantas which was $50.00 per person and was to be spent at the hotel. Just to make it clearer, the voucher is meant to be split, $35.00 for dinner and $15.00 for breakfast, so we were told by the lady at the desk. We were told by this lady that it would be okay to use the amount of $50.00 per person for dinner as we said it was not practical for us to have breakfast so early in the morning as we were checking out at 5.45 am to catch our flight. We are not blaming the hotel for this split in how the voucher should be spent, this is out of their control. Our complaint is with one of your staff, how he had treated and spoke to us when checking out. When we asked why we were charged the extra amount of just over $13.00, we were rudely put in our place. He replied you went over your limit for dinner and now you have to pay, no ifs or buts. Now what he said differed from what the lady told us in that he said we were only allowed $30 for dinner per person and we spent just over $36.00 per person. Any complaints, take them to Travel Alliance was what the older man behind the desk said to us very abruptly when checking out. We didn't even spend the full amount of $50.00 per person. Its not about the small amount of money involved, but how we were treated. It was if we were an inconvenience to him. We didn't want to be there either. Other passengers also complained how they had to pay extra. We only spent what we did because someone at the desk assured us that it would be fine. Like I have said, its not about the money, although for this man behind the desk, I think it was. Not happy with his attitude and neither should you be as his employer.
Convenient and friendly
Perfect location, great room with a view of the Adelaide Oval. Only negative was the lift to the car park didn’t work but that’s me being picky. Overall great hotel and would highly recommend..
Clean and friendly
The room was good, although we lacked in the room service. (i had to ring up twice for my breakfast tray to be collected) and on the day that we were to leave by 11am, we had no power for 2 hrs.
clean friendly staff
