The hotel itself i have srayed at many times but, i was extremely disappointed in the room size this time. For the amount that I paid and fir tge amiunt of times I have stayed it was very disappointing. I had majir surgery and upon leaving this time one if the staff went above and beyond out if her way to help myself and my husband. She was gracious enough to help me to the elevator and stay with me until my husband finalized everything witb the front desk. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name from the cleaning staff as I would love to send her a tojen of my appreciation and have her recognized by her boss for what she had done. Thank you so much fir going above and beyond.
