Friendly staff, great location, liked the cafe at reception, nice big room. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
booked online and paid full fare after telling the hotel we are arriving early,yet they still charged an extra $60 which was disappointing, but did enjoy our stay

This is a great hotel/serviced apartment, have stayed here 3 times now and will do so again. Free trams outside the door and breakfast very good.
good location across the road from free city tram with staff that go out of their way to assist and one of Melbourne's best jazz venues underneath its a gem
