Thank you for making our visit to London so memorable. My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at The Gore! This hotel is so charming and the location is great. There are many restaurants nearby and the tube is a 5 minute walk. Our room with 2 single beds was ready when we arrived in the early morning. The room was small but comfortable and absolutely charming. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Florin who took the time to mark place of interest on a map for us. This is a small boutique hotel. I recommend to anyone looking to experience London. The Gore is a business and needs to make money to stay open but with the little bits and the misleading confirmation I felt like a customer rather than a guest. I will add however the next time I want to visit London I will stay at The Gore. But I will go there knowing how it works and will not be surprised by the service charges that you are not told about till the bill arrives.

the hotel is a boutique hotel, with a polite staff and very close to the Natural History Museum.

the decoration is exceptional - if you like the British way. the neighborhood fine and there are some nice restaurants around. what is very poor, is the breakfast they serve for such a lot of money payed. the tube is about 10-15 minutes away..
