A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date. *As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date. SELF CHECK IN to this apartment: *Key pick-up location is at 3 Shortland Street, Auckland CBD. It's a different location from your apartment but is close by. Further self check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival date. *There is NO carpark available for this apartment, please ask for nearby paid options. * There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest nearby paid options. *Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability. During stay & Departure: * We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request. * Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean. For bookings over 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory at the guest's expense. Kindly contact us in advance for any cleaning services. * A starter pack of refreshments and essentials is provided for your initial days; please restock on your own once it runs out. * Our latest check-out time is 10am.
