Laoag benefits from its own airport, with flights available from Manila and Guangzhou, or you can catch a coach to the town from numerous locations including Manila, Vigan and Pagudpud. Once you’ve arrived in Laoag, it may be best to hire a car if you really want to explore the region and make the most of your trip.
