This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and there are noise restrictions in place after 10pm (for example you can't use the spa pool after 10pm) A car is best to access the property and surrounding area but there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. You can purchase a BEE bus card from the local depot in town for $2 bus fairs around the districit. The Historic Stone House was built in 1874 for the Mayor of Queenstown, Thomas Betts. Beautifully preserved, this heritage building features three boutique apartments that can be rented separately or all together and are just a short two-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown. The apartment has a large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and has a sofa bed that can sleep two extra people - perfect for a family group. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage and there is a cute patio area with mountain views out towards the Skyline Gondola.
