The nicely designed backyard can be a good playground for your kids. The hot spa is located on the deck outside, so you can enjoy New Zealand’s blue sky and sunshine while you are relaxing in the hot spa pool. Last but not least, there is also an outdoor bar table and chairs next to the spa pool. I am sure you can imagine how cozy it will be to have someone enjoy the spa and some people enjoy the beer or wine.

Special conditions: This property is situated in a very quiet private location. We have had issues with some groups disturbing the neighbours at night so we now ask that there is no outside activity after 10pm in the Spa pool or on the decks. Any noise travels a long way on the lake, we are happy for you to continue your activities indoors with ranch sliders closed. The neighbours do have the property managers phone number and will contact her if this is not adhered to.
