Overlooking Rådhusparken in the heart of Aarhus, the Aarhus City Hall is a functionalist building that’s become a symbol of the city. It was designed by the Danish architectural team of Arne Jacobsen and Erik Møller in the late 1930s and is clad in grey marble sourced from Porsgrunn in Norway.

Getting there
The Aarhus City Hall is a five-minute walk from the Aarhus railway station or can be accessed by several bus routes that stop near the entrance. Aarhus Lufthavn is 35 minutes’ drive from the building and has flights to destinations across Europe.
