Cloud Nine is in an excellent central location in Apollo Bay, just one street back from the Great Ocean Road. Park the car and walk everywhere - 200m to the beach, shops, cafes, and playground. A beautiful North facing sunlit open plan living area upstairs enjoys views of the ocean, Marriners lookout, and the green rolling hills of Apollo Bay. Ideal for couples, families, and dogs, with a fully fenced yard and garage. Upstairs the sun streams in to the north facing open plan living and dining area through the wall of windows, providing a beautiful light filled space. Sliding glass doors open on to the deck, which enjoys views of the ocean and to the rolling green hills of Apollo Bay. A Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture enable you to enjoy a laid back dinner out on the deck. Relax in the lounge room, listening to the ocean and watching the world go by, or watching your favorite series on the 65 inch Smart TV. Free unlimited NBN WiFi. The kitchen is fully self contained and includes Sunbeam Barista Max Coffee machine, electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, pots and pans as well as pantry essentials like oil, salt and pepper, tea & coffee. The main bedroom is also upstairs, with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. After a day of exploring the Otways, soak in the huge oval spa bath (plenty of room for 2). The shower is over the top of the spa, and there is a separate powder room (toilet). On ground level are 2 further bedrooms: One large bedroom with a queen bed and glass sliding door access directly to the backyard. The 3rd bedroom has a king single bed with roll out single size trundle bed with legs, and another single bed with trundle underneath (trundle only really suitable for children). Both downstairs bedrooms are light filled and have wall mounted electric heaters. All bedrooms have build in wardrobes and full block out curtains or blinds. The family bathroom on ground level has a bath and separate shower, vanity and large mirror. There is also a separate toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and direct access out to the backyard with clothesline. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a lawn area, garden, and concrete paths. The fence is timber and a good high height - it is a secure yard for dogs (and kids!). Free off street parking is available in the remote control garage, and/or in the driveway and lawn in front of the house - there is parking space for up to three cars. This ideally located townhouse is equally suited for couples, families and travelers with pets. For a family, it is truly convenient to be able to walk to the beach, home again for lunch/rest/supplies, and then just walk across the road to the supermarket, restaurant or takeaway at the end of the day. There is a complementary porta cot, high chair and stroller provided, as well as kids DVDs. Pets For travelers with well behaved house trained dogs, they are welcome inside the house. Stretch out on the lush lawn reading a good book and make the most of the unique open space and privacy with spectacular mountain top views. The villas are fully self contained and recently refurbished with high quality furniture and fittings - creating a relaxed, romantic and private feel. Guests will be supplied with a local map provided by the tourism centre and a guide stipulating house rules. There is minimal interaction with the owner unless the guest instigates contact. Guests are encouraged to call our mobile number should they require any information or assistance. Beeches is in a fabulous location on the edge of town. It is a quiet property very close to the beach. There is a special sense of space and wonderful views up to Mariners Lookout. It is a 40 minute walk up the mountain but so worth it!!!! You don't get any of the traffic and pedestrian noise you would get if you were closer in to town. Our favourite spot for coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner is La Bimba. Located above the bakery up a flight of stairs, La Bimba does everything well! Superb food & great coffee!!! Check out Hawkeye for stylish clothes & quirky gifts & mementos. You can walk everywhere from Beeches if you wish. Meander along the ocean to the harbour and watch the fishing boats unload. Or alternatively, venture into town and discover The Bay's many cafe's, stylish boutique's and pubs offering fabulous entertainment and food. Each villa is given 1 off-street car parking space directly at the front of their villa for easy access and security. There's No Fenced Yard. Pets are allowed on this property. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the harbour, ocean, and surrounding hills through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The modern kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and large fridge. The two upstairs bedrooms are designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a King Size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an integrated DVD system, while the second bedroom offers two King Single beds. OUTDOORS The property offers undercover parking for three cars and additional space for a boat. An outdoor hot water shower is available to rinse off sand after a day at the beach, and there is a lockable storage area large enough to accommodate surfboards up to 2.4 meters long.
