Supermarkets are within 400m walk, main street within 700m walk and Port area 10 to 15 minute walk. Train/Bus station is 450m walk over footbridge from Big W. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, separate toilet, laundry, open entertainment with kitchen, dining (seating for 8) and lounge opening to outside courtyard with BBQ and extra dining for 8. The lounge has a large colour TV (Smart TV) and DVD player. There is ducted roof heating and air-conditioning throughout entire apartment.
