Roman columns grace the entrance to Temple Plaza, showcasing the incredible architecture of the Great Temple. It’s a unique and awe-inspiring reproduction of the original which stood on Mount Moriah during the 1st century. Learn about religion and historic events through the medium of song, as the “Century” musical troupe recount biblical stories for onlookers. Guests to the museum can learn about the Wilderness Tabernacle. High Priests will explain the traditions behind it, the items in the tabernacle and the Ark of the Covenant. One of the most popular areas offering exceptional photographic opportunities is Jerusalem Marketplace. The old market place is home to a blacksmith, a carpenter shop and an Inn. It is in this venue, and visitors will discover presentations for “The Roman Road”, “The Good Shepherd” and the “Golgotha Walking Tour”. The museum is fun, educational and enlightening for all ages.

The Holy Land Experience was the brainchild of Marvin Rosenthal a Russian and Jewish-born minister of the Christian faith.
