There are two living areas, one up and one down so it is ideal for families or larger groups travelling together. Upstairs is the main lounge, dining and kitchen with balcony and BBQ. A bathroom and seperate toilet are on this level, with three bedrooms: * Bedroom 1 x Queen bed * Bedroom 2 x Queen bed * Bedroom 3 Sleeps 6 in 2 double/single bunks. Downstairs is another kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bathroom with toilet, and the laundry. Also a verandah with sea views. Two further bedrooms are on this level: * Bedroom1 x Queen bed * Bedroom 2 sleeps 3. The back yard is grassed and secure and pets are welcome free of charge. Free wifi is available. The property has great views of Lakes Entrance and is 1.5 kms from shops, restaurants, the beach etc. The house is spacious and comfortable and children and families are most welcome. A cot, high chair, toys and games are available. Good library. We provide tea towels, Doonas with covers, and bath mats. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels. The home is cleaned thoroughly between guests. Check in and check out are contactless. We are a self catering home and while we provide a few things to get you started you will need your own supplies.

This house is an ideal family retreat, with enough room for a boat trailer. The back yard is fully fenced making it safe for children and your dog. A large back deck was added in 2023 giving easy access to the large backyard. This compliments the front deck with water views. The open plan is simple with clean crisp lines so as to not distract from the stunning views that can be enjoyed from all parts of the top level and on the large balcony that runs the length of the house. In 2026 I added a wood burning heater. It is just lovely on those odd wet days we even get in the summer. You will need to bring your own fire wood. Wifi is now available at no additional cost There are even glimpses of water views from each of the 3 bedrooms downstairs. One queen, 1 double and bunk beds in the 3rd room. Linen ( Sheets and bath towels ) are provided. You need to bring your own beach towel. The garden is planted with banksias and other native plants attracting a range of birds that visit daily. As you lie in bed each night you will hear the distant waves from the sea to lull you to sleep. There is no traffic noice from this property to keep you awake. It is a quiet street away from the bustle of town but only a 2min drive to the beach however with views like this you might be reluctant to leave home. The facilities are well stocked so that you will have everything you need to be able to cook from home and enjoy dinning outside on one of the large decks. There is one full bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. This is next to the master bedroom This is an additional shower in the laundry. A 2nd toilet was added to the full bathroom this season with the other toilet in a private space between the laundry and master bathroom. Pets are to be outside however I am open to discuss some concessions. This is a self-check in property with no owner looking over your shoulder however I am always just a phone call away should you have any questions.

Located in a 4 1/2 star complex, our 2 bedroom apartment is ideally situated to give you a great holiday. In The Apartment This stylish air-conditioned apartment comes with all the fixtures and fittings to make it entirely self-sufficient. Located on the top floor with views of the lakes, it has a fully fitted out kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The large bathroom/laundry boasts both washing machine and clothes dryer. The lounge comes with 92cm LCD TV and DVD player. There is also another LCD TV in the second bedroom, DVD's, board games and even a picnic set for that romantic getaway. There are two bedrooms, both have a queen size bed with a single trundle bed underneath.(with full size single mattress) There is also a single fold up bed available if required. All linen, bedclothes, cutlery & cooking utensils are supplied. In The Complex The apartment, located within the 4 1/2 star Bellevue complex, is PRIVATELY OWNED and, as such, not part of the Bellevue group but all facilities of the complex are available to our guests. Bellevue boasts a heated indoor pool and spa and a bar-b-que area. It also has a dedicated fish cleaning area.
