Bamburgh Castle is an easy day trip from Seahouses and has been standing guard over the Northumberland coast for more than 1,000 years. Purchase an admission ticket for behind the scenes to the centuries-old fortress. Don’t miss the magnificent King’s Hall, where you’ll be awed by the gleaming wood-panelled walls, enormous arched windows and intricate wood-carved ceiling.
