The house is situated in a stunning 70 acre bush setting next to Bournda National Park The retreat is a first rate place to stay on the Sapphire Coast. Below the entertainment room is a tastefully furnished 3 bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 x bathrooms( the downstairs bathroom has a shower over single spa bath ). The water supply is tankwater.Outside the bush view is captivating from the 2 covered verandahs. The access to Middle Beach is across the road. Middle Beach is a large, secluded beach which few people use and is ideal for relaxing or surfing, be aware though that this beach is unpatrolled. It has off street parking for two cars and secure off street parking for a large boat.
