This charming Noosa Heads apartment brings together all the things that make the coast so famous, from spectacular beaches and lush national parkland to elegant dining and high-end shopping. It’s the sort of place where you stay for one week, wish you had booked two and vow to return. Sitting in the heart of iconic Hastings St, where it claims a spot on the second level of the Fairshore resort, the one-bedroom getaway is perfect for couples looking to embrace rest and relaxation. With a charming beachy style, it seamlessly melds the indoors and out. The end result is a haven for serenity and a launchpad for adventure. Stretching out from the bedroom, the property’s combination of texture and colour creates a wholely unique look and feel, from rustic-toned floor tiles that evoke the outdoors to crisp whites, nautical-inspired stripes and artwork that beckons you to take a closer look. It makes for a feeling of cohesion, especially in the open-plan lifestyle hub that lies at the heart of the apartment. With a massive well-equipped kitchen that has room galore for plenty of chefs, meal times are as easy as you want them to be. Serve them at the casual bench seating or opt to sit up at the zoned dining space. Afterwards, if a night on the sofa beckons, move across to the lounge, which is perfectly set up for cosy nights in front of the television, perhaps with a champagne at hand. From here it’s just a step past sliding glass doors to the apartment’s ultimate showstopper – a furnished balcony for which words could never do justice. Framed by glass to spotlight the scenery, the undercover space offers much more than simply a view. Rather, it’s an invitation to drink in an unparalleled slice of paradise. Think the azure waters of the ocean fringed by golden-tinged sands, the ruffle of a cool breeze through tropical plantings and the lush green canopy of national park and hinterland. Bewitching and bedazzling, it will draw you outside time and again, from the comfort of a sunlounger to the chance for dinner against a beautiful backdrop. It also overlooks the complex’s inground pool and spa, emerald lawn and alfresco barbecue zone, while other communal amenities include a gym. Accessed via a private gate, the delights of Main Beach down below are a must-do for any visitor, whether you take a towel and beach brolly to spread out on the sand or don your bathers for a swim or surf. Other natural adventures include the walking routes through Noosa National Park and the aquatic delights of the nearby Noosa River, which are a surefire way to build up an appetite for Hastings St. Celebrated as a cosmopolitan icon, this attractive precinct is home to a beguiling mix of retailers, but for many visitors, its restaurant scene is the true enticement, with local chefs bringing incredible creativity to the freshest local ingredients. Book in for a table overlooking the beach and you really have the best of both worlds. Indulge all your senses, cherish your time in paradise and mentally plan your next vacation. We guarantee you’ll be back.

A beautiful ocean view captures the eye for a moment, but an ocean panorama stops you in your tracks, leaving the outside world to fade away as you bask in its glory. And at this spectacular slice of paradise, billed as ‘beachfront living without the price tag’, the 180-degree outlook must be seen to be believed. With direct beachfront access, the two-storey property is oriented to take full advantage of its Pacific perspective, with views from almost every room as the waters transform from emerald in the shallows to an inviting shade of blue in pursuit of the horizon. Even the kitchen splashback is mirrored to capture the reflection, just one of many touches that bring luxury appeal to the house. Nestled in a prestige position in Sunshine Beach, the house builds off a white colour foundation whose shades echo the crest of the waves out the window. Tiles, timber and lashings of neutral tones bring an earthy warmth to the soothing palette, with colourful touches added by way of vibrant artworks, bedroom accents and decorative features such as statement pendant lighting. Downstairs, multiple bedrooms reach through to a tiled undercover area overlooking the ocean. Complemented by a multifunctional zone complete with TV, sink and fridge, a chic living space and massive banks of glass, they make it easy for groups of family and friends to claim separate levels or private spaces for retreat and relaxation. Upstairs, linked through a timber staircase, luxury living comes to further prominence, centred on a furnished covered deck with barbecue that’s tailor made for alfresco entertaining and enjoyment. It’s served by a spacious gourmet kitchen with servery window reaching to a bank of stools ideal for conversation and cocktails and a dining set-up catering to something more substantial. The adjacent living zone is subtly furnished to encourage a sense of community – and maybe even a spot of TV binge watching. Other features of the property include an inground pool overlooked by another alfresco dining area, multiple conversation spots set up with tables and chairs and, of course, proximity to the very best Sunshine Beach has to offer. After being gently wakened by the morning’s early rays spilling in through the expansive glass windows and sliding doors, turn your thoughts to the day ahead and how best to take advantage of the climate and amenities on offer. Hit the beach, go for a surf, explore the nearby national park or stroll over to the local village for coffee, a meal or to explore the beautiful boutiques. You could even walk around to Noosa Main Beach, discovering the stunning hidden bays and coves along the way, or journey there via a quick drive that also opens up other high-profile attractions such as chic Hastings St. Whatever you decide, there’s the joy of knowing that no matter how far you wander, the ultimate destination remains that spectacular view from your own holiday home, so artfully designed to shine a spotlight on Mother Nature. It’s unbeatable, unforgettable… and all yours. Partially Air-Conditioned.
