Raintrees is an exclusive enclave located at 3/22 Mitti Street in Little Cove, nestled in a tranquil rainforest setting. The property adjoins the National Park and is a true seascape and treescape in one. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the surf at the end of your street. The Raintrees complex consists of five individual freestanding homes. Villa 3/22 Mitti Street pays homage to Scandinavian design and features furnishings and fittings that complement the stunning surroundings. Grey driftwood flooring blends seamlessly with natural stone and marble to create tranquil, soft, tactile surfaces that you simply want to enjoy. Here you will find a family living area on one side, with a TV and automated gas fireplace, large sofas and a sun-bathed study nook. Cosy up on the day bed and enjoy the sounds of the rainforest and the ocean beyond. On the other side of the entrance is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with fittings that you would expect in a house of this ilk. The comfortable dining area is surrounded by generous glass doors that can be fully retracted to bring the whole rainforest experience inside. These doors open out onto an expansive deck with an outdoor kitchen & BBQ. The basement level contains a double lock-up garage with a table tennis table. There is also a large media room with a 55” TV, X-Box, air hockey and pool table. This is a great room to keep both kids and adults entertained. There is a shared heated pool and tennis court in the complex for guest use. Central heating & cooling, ceiling fans and every possible amenity is catered for here at Raintrees. Kindly note that the garage height clearance is 2 meters. If you have a high-clearance vehicle, please park it on the street, as parking in front of the garage may restrict access to neighboring properties. Thank you for your understanding. 2/8 Bayview Road on Noosa Hill offers stunning views out over Laguna Bay, Noosa River and beyond to the Hinterland. Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms this luxury Penthouse is modern and comfortable. The living area is on the top level of the house with the 3 bedrooms on the lower level. Large picture windows in the living area provide picture-perfect views that you just won't tire of. The main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with marble finishings and a shower. It shares a small terrace with the bedroom next door. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen bed. Both rooms have TVs and ceiling fans. A third bedroom has a built-in bunk bed (sleeps 2) and opens out onto an enclosed artificial grassed area at the front of the house. These two rooms share a bathroom with a freestanding bath and double over-bath showers. The light-filled open-plan living/kitchen area with its high ceilings has breathtaking views over the ocean. The waves rolling into Main Beach and across the river mouth are mesmerising. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped while the lounge area is spacious and comfortable. A large terrace with outdoor dining, a large daybed and retractable shade is the perfect place to enjoy Noosa's sunsets. There is a shared pool for guest use. Air-conditioning is available throughout, including the bedrooms, but with fully retractable doors in the living area, you can enjoy the ocean breezes that sweep up the hill. The house has secure intercom entry. There is secure garaged parking for one car - the garage also houses the laundry. Additional on-street parking is available. Strictly no parties, gatherings, functions or “schoolies” please. Please note that a $1000 pre-authorization is required to be taken on the day of arrival.
